When the group tries to summon me, an error is displayed: “You do not meet the requirements”. As a result of this error, they are kicking me out of the group because they don’t understand why I’m not accepting. Please do something about it, as it is very unsatisfying. Can I do something about it myself?

Have you tried making your own way to the dungeon?

Yes, uldum has 2 phases. You have to be in the same phase as the rest of the party.

You can take portal in Valdrakken and then fly grand total 10 seconds to the dungeon.

whats required to be in the same phase as the rest of us? My friend has to always fly from Rhamkhen because of this. Not a massive first world problem… But it would be nice to know how we could solve this.
Is there a quest chain we need to complete somewhere?

Yes you will need to open the area via the Cata Expansion and/or open from the BFA expansion. I am going to guess the cata would be the easiest one shot fast one.
Not sure on these… I have no problems on my evoker or vulpera shaman, neither of which had been created in BfA.
Meanwhile a guildie who played Cataclysm has this issue.

Fly to the dungeon. It takes about 20 seconds from the portal in Valdrakken.
I get the bug is weird and annoying, but having to ask how you work around this. Really?
