When Static Cling field is active these 3 affixes Quaking, Spiteful, Incorporeal must not activate as the group can’t move from the field.

You mean Supremacy of the Storm. Quaking is gone (I suppose you meant Entangling), you don’t have to kiss Incorporeal adds to deal with them, and I’m dying to know what 9001 IQ route you have to make Spiteful a problem on this boss.
Quaking has been removed.
Spiteful spawns when adds die so you don’t need to worry about it. Incorp needs cc’ing so its irrelevant unless your whole team doesn’t know how to do that.
So all in all, none of the affixes you spoke about matter at all in the situation you described.

i laughed so hard yesterday on that last boss when entangling procced during the storm on last boss and 2 DPS ran out of the lightning field as to not get stunned by entangling and instead got one shot by the boss
