I have a problem atm in season 2 dragonflight. if someone wants to summon me i always get this message: “You do not meet the requirements”. Does someone know why and how to solve this? Is that because uldum has 2 versions (cata/bfa) and it is buggy.

I think this is the reason, yes. Even though you can enter the dungeon in both versions, you can only be summoned if you are on the same version as the people trying to summon you.
I had the same happen with Vale when doing Ny’alotha transmog runs.
Is this going to be fixed? I like the uncorrupted version of uldum
you can change it to old uldum by yourself
