Well there has to be some penalty for bailing out after the first boss when the item you wanted didnt drop. Or did.
If you find just one friend to group up with this will work as antikick protection, so I believe that to that end the rudeness of people in general may also at the same time reinforce what is has grown to lack over time. Cohesion, as a guild as friends.
So I wouldn’t change it.
It is true though that people kick you for the weirdest reasons, and sometimes you really will have no idea why. It could have been an item you rolled on someone else wanted, or anything.

Today, i queued a dungeon with my tank druid, got into BRD, went in and pulled 2 packs. Before i knew it the healer and dps received alot of damage… apparently 2 dps were pulling like 5 other packs… i got chain stunned, and could not get them off of them whatsoever. got alot of backlash about me being a bad tank. and before i could even type i got kicked.
They kicked me nearly cause of the same reason and 30 minutes dungeon deserter debuff… Just because i told them im a geared tank but since healer is not geared and people do not care about mechanics andy tank is not availiable to survive there and guess what tehy told me to shut up and i got kicked … Blizzard’s middlefinger .
You really made a thread to cry about getting kicked for going AFK in a dungeon that requires ~15 minutes of your attention?
