I would like to ask when will Blizz Support start doing their job and help the players? Not only send copy-paste responses probably not even reading what is written in the ticket (seems like it from the response)?
But lets start with the main issue:
My girlfriend is playing a vulpera character and was trying to do the Argent Tournament questline in Northrend. She completed the aspirant and champion quests for orgrimmar (only thing she could choose), has exalted with Orgri, the Sunreavers and Argent Crusade but CAN’T get other valiant quests as she should. I’ve completed it whole so I know the procedure but decided to check everything again on wowhead, guides and the completion tracker before writing an in-game ticket from her account.
Due to not finding other issues we decided to write a ticket in which we wrote what the problem was, that I CHECKED WOWHEAD (Cause Blizz GM’s like to tell that quote ALWAYS) and would like to receive help so she could progress that content further.
OFC we’ve got a typical copy-paste response that said to:
- CHECK WOWHEAD (i already wrote I did it for Christ sake)
- check guides,
- check completion tracker,
-check forums (seriously support?)
-That GM’s can’t help with game progress.
As probably EVERYONE knows and agree that GM’s shouldn’t and won’t help people cheat and make their game easier, IT IS THEIR JOB to respond to a ticket and help resolve the issue with a game problem - not help cheat or give a “copy - paste text” and shoo others probably not even reading what WE wrote in the ticket…
Just resolve a problem. Is it that hard to check the progress (even on the completion tracker on wowhead as you advise? its a 3-4 min job) of the character and “turn the switch” to pop quests that aren’t working? Unless it destroys your servers in which I won’t believe…
I understand that You guys get a lot of tickets (from misunderstood quests, even false ones or from people trying to exploit you), sometimes I could even wait more than 24 hours but please CHECK WHAT PEOPLE WRITE IN THEIR TICKETS and just do your job and help people…
I love this game and spent a LOT of time playing it since WoTLK, but I wish to never ever have to contact support again cause I’m treated like a bot or a troublemaker and not a customer paying cash for a product or just a fellow player who needs help.
For those that don’t want to read this long monologue TLDR:
- Vulpera can’t get valiant quests in Argent Tournament,
- please fix this or allow the quests for those who write tickets;
- issue is known and there are posts on this subject on eu and us blizz forums with no response,
- gm’s please read tickets and try to resolve problems or at least adress the written problem and don’t send copy-paste messages that DON’T HELP
