Joking, but I think some races use frogs in cooking. Also, if I recall correctly, thereā€™s a meat in Outland cooking thatā€™s green.

Youā€™re right, I just checked and it does indeed appear to be green. Which is honestly odd, since it apparently drops from a wide variety of animals and mobs.
