Vulpera Appreciation Thread šŸ¦Š

fair, definitely not an expert either on all the cosmic stuff XD

Night Elves might change. As their betrayal by Elune could cause many of them to move away.
Your goddess willfully allowing your people to be genocided just to help her sister with the Anima drought. This could be why many embraced the primalists.
Trolls are in danger as a people. The secrets of the Drakkari the Alliance could make use of. To depower the Loa and make them easy victims. As Zhul took those secrets and some Blood Trolls could bide their time or strike at the Darkspear and Zandalari.

Trolls have not been any friends of the Alliance so it could be a challenge for them to reach out to Alliance.
Dwarves are closely connected to nature and such. But were never Naaru powered Paladin but they donā€™t have Druids.
Recent retcons have hurt the Draenai. There was no reason for the Prophet Velen faction to have resisted Sargeras if they were going to embrace the fel regardless.

Goblins have always been highly inventive and figured out most things. Yes a lot of explosive results but they got there.
Elves are magical creatures. So the Sunwell changed these former Night Elves into High Elves, Who was then changed by the original Well of Eternity into Night Elves from the Dark Trolls.

So because the Well of Eternity was chaotic by nature. It is difficult to determine what power sources fueled it. Simple vials from the original well of eternity created their own wells of power.
Blood Elves were also effected by the Fel. But Blizzard is ignoring that Fel Elves / Felblood Elves existed. No doubt they still had children so the current Blood Elves did not just inherit magic addiction.

Your chart is incorrect. Muuru - Kaara - Tiā€™or. There are confirmed 3 Void Naaru.
While there are endless retcons. That makes it pointless to follow lore some times.
Creation in the WoW Universe is a reaction between the Light and the Void.

WoW lore is surprisingly small. Elder Scrolls however. You can drown in Lore but still there is so much more.
Although rarely explored the Void is also a source of creation. But it creates something that is fundamentally different to the Light. Light Void - Life Death - Order Chaoes.
Different variations of such. There could be room for new classes. Tyrant Velhani of Warlords of Draenor was supposed to be the opposite of a Paladin. Not a fallen Undead like Arthas Menethil but one dedicated to Void.

But hey. Too much dreaming. Creativity isā€¦diminishing in WoW lately.

I havenā€™t played the SL story line yet, but I assume this explained more there?

According to the Lore, that power is only temporarily though.
You could ā€œkillā€ a Loa, and gain its powers for a while, but that Loa would just be reborn after a while. Hakkar I think is a good example of this, no?

Connected how?
I assume weā€™re talking here about them awakening from the Earth?
We originally didnā€™t had Shamans for them, but this would make the most sense as druids arenā€™t supposed to use elemental magics.

Legion I assume?
Still clearing that part of the story, but this doesnā€™tā€¦bode well.

Yep, fully onboard with this.

Incorrect how?
Need more specifics here.

Anyway. Vulpera good. My little hooded rat is a despicable gremlin who I like to use in Warmode and non-rated PVP because itā€™s hilarious to have this little chihuahua pop out of stealth and slaughter indiscriminately. I already posted on him here but Iā€™m too lazy to find the post or change characters back to him.

A true Vulpera :dracthyr_nod:

Primalists faction a war between Drakes and Dragons. Other races not formerly Shaman came to connect to the elemens.

With the Loa it is strange. They have a symbiotic / parasitic relationship. Without faith - prayer and worship. Loa lose their power. No matter what power source they are connected to. Alliance came across weak Loa of trash. But besides beggars or maybe Vulpera. Not many would actually have faith in pray to or worship such a Loa hence it stays weak.

No the - All races can be all classes project. Blizzard is destroying established lore to do so.
Like Draenai Warlocks and Light forged Draenai Warlocks. Completely turning almost 20 years of lore on its head.
Then Forsaken Paladin and these new ā€œLightboundā€ Undead. They have to retcon the Light itself.
Retcon or Destroy too much then you tear down the setting.

The Void Lords are beings of pure Void. There is no duality in their existence. To explain it another way. Someone that has Fallen from the Light to some variation of Darkness. Is uniquely different to someone that never knew Light in the first place.

The Naaru that was leading Turalyons forces. Tried to hide the dual nature of the Naaru.
So the Naaru specifically do not belong on that chart. Void Naaru are still Naaru.
The Light is closer to Life and Order whereas the Void is closer to Death and Chaos.
There are times were these things will clash. Such as the Fel. Fel effects everything both living and dead physical and spiritual or souls. But the Fel will always be a fundemental force of destruction.
Yet part of creation such as the Nathrezim and demons can have the Fel as part of them.

What do you think this is? Suppress your urge of face hugging.

Vulpera sneak attack often ends with dead Vulpera. But okay.

It looks like a dog, has the brain of a cat, and has the unkillable energy of a cockroach. Fear the critter.

Well I certainly didnā€™t expect your face too be at your ankles butā€¦ Maybe dwarven anatomy is different than what I thought.

Biting is also just very different than hugging in my worldā€¦ But okey.

Then wouldnā€™t it be Orderā€¦?

Probably. Iā€™ve never had a particularly high investment in the whole ā€œORDER VS CHAOSā€ stuff though so I donā€™t know LMAO

Canā€™t blame you
The Chaos of Fel and the Twisting Nether vs. the Titansā€™ ordered univerese is actually not something that is easy to get behind, especially when the Void and the Naaru medling around in both sides

For me the forces such as Life ā†” Death and Order ā†” Disorder make a lot more sense than the whole Void vs Lightā€¦

Yeah
The whole Void vs Light not even really exist, the Grand Army of Light was not formed against the Void or its servants, they never even lifted a finger to help worlds infested by Old Godsā€¦ they play ā€œGrrr me smash!ā€ against Demons and Fel, the Bruning Legion and Sargeras (who begun the whole thing to save the universe from the Voidā€¦)
They simply just not really tolerate if anyone use the power of the cusins but not active Void-huntersā€¦

The Fel is constantly retconned that it almost makes you want to give up.
A source of creating more Fel is torment of souls. The anguish and hopelessness ends up producing more fel. Hence why ā€œfuel for the Felā€ exists. The Horde tormented defencelless humans before the Alliance was created to combat and eventually stop the Horde.

Light and Void are fundamental forces of creation. Creation itself is but the reaction between Light and Void clashing. Like a color spectrum that has different parts Light or Void it leans towards one side more than the other.

The absence of the other is the purity of the Light or Void.
It is not necessarily a balance the Light and Void is very much trying to exterminate the other.

What sounds does a fennec fox make
