They are not goblins and they actually make sense to have Hairstyles!
A cow, a wolf, a panda races have hairstyles so another furry race like vulpera need ones

Foxes in western culture and mythology are rarely depcited with hair (not sure Tails from Sonic have a hair… or something close to it)
While Pandaren are more or less tied to the Eastern culture and their hair and facial hairstyles are tied to that
But the Minotaurs/bovines and wolves are usualy depicted with mane or some hair like fur
I’m not sayng it would be strange, the Vulepera simply don’t need hair, we are perfect the way we are
I would sooner have tails for Worgen than hairstyles on Vulpera, personally

while im not a fan of hair on Vulpera as i would rather they put the effort on other things Vulpera can have, i do want to correct you on somewthing. Vulpera are inspired by Fennec foxes, who are mainly found in the Sahara desert, not the west.
