WA condition for 12 sec after casting ability

Hey!

I’m not great at WeakAuras but I’m trying to figure out a way to make the icon for my Chi-Ji (on my monk) glow when Chi-Ji is active and then become desaturated when it’s on CD. The desaturated part is easy by going into conditions, but since the bird herself doesn’t give me a buff, the condition “active” does not seem to apply. So I was wondering if there was a work around, such as a condition that I can set to true for when 12 or fewer seconds have passed since I cast it (it has 12 sec duration), or when there’s 48 or more seconds left on the CD (it has a 60 sec CD).

Any advice?
