So, we’re supposed to have it by next week. I got a question if there is anyone who knows about it. Do anyone know if that legendary will be given to us as 291? If not what reagents will we need to upgrade it to 291?

265, not upgradeable; if you want a 291 one, you need to farm rep and craft it regularly.

If you want to not spend too much gold stick to the belt and and a regular 291 leggo.
If you DO want the other 291 piece, then it’s only with the unity power and requires revered with Enlightened (the unlock is account wide).
