Hey, I was wondering if anyone know if the “Wait” command still works or if it’s been replaced by something?
So, here’s what I’m trying to do:
/cast Chains of Ice
/wait 40
/w Gerrian Chains of Ice Ready!
^ But this doesn’t work…
/cast Chains of Ice
/in 40
/w Gerrian Chains of Ice ready!
^ Nor does this
Why do I need this? I need it to easier keep track of “Cold heart”, it gives me a stack every 2 seconds and stacks to 20, and the only way I hace to keep track of it right now is to watch my buffbars which is at the top right of my screen.
I have all of my spells at the bottom of the screen, my perifiral-vision is good, but not good enough to watch what’s going on in a fight, keeping track of cooldowns and whatever else…
You only need to download the addon and the import the aura. That literally takes 5 minutes or so (including downloading and restarting WoW, taking in consideration you have a slow PC and slow internetspeed).
Anyways, from an external website I can’t link, I read the /in and /wait flags are not available anymore. So you need to look for another solution.
The more auras you do the faster it will take to create a new one since you learn by doing. Trust me, it’s worth the time investment to learn Weakauras.
Shows that you haven’t played too long… the last time I made timing macros you COULD do automation if it was a spell or a trinket followed by text, but not followed by a spell or trinket…
