Waiting on help for my Bug Report

I came back to WoW recently because of how they had redone a lot of stuff and it looked a lot better than it has done in the last two expansions. Excited for Dragons!

I immediately started working on getting allied races because I wanted Vulpera so much. I unlocked Highmountain tauren then picked up the quest to get Vulpera but needed to sleep before doing it. Woke up the next day and updated WoW with the pre patch, log in and now I cannot do the majority of quests including unlocking allied races. I even had a timeless coin in my bag that won’t let me accept the quest

This is a BIG bug that needs to be sorted fast, I can’t play the majority of the game if I can’t pick up quests on my main character? I’ve seen a lot of people having similar problems from ages ago and there’s literally been no fix for months. Can Blizzard please address this? (and this is on top of all the other bugs mainly UI ones but the game is literally unplayable for me right now)

Note: My forum character is NOT my main character nowadays BTW. I have a level 56 hunter on another realm that is having the problem

Have you reported it as a bug ingame?

Yeah. It’s also across my whole account this problem just not a singular character. I cannot unlock any allied races, Some characters can’t pick up quests at all. Some can’t even open their bags.

I think it might be an idea if you make a ticket as well. There’s a long queue at the moment but, if it’s fixable by a GM, I would hope the queue wouldn’t be too long for you.

Thankyou for the suggestion! I actually didn’t realise tickets were a seperate thing. May I ask where I do one?

You can make a ticket either ingame or on the website. I would go for this - https://eu.battle.net/support/en/help/contact/180/ticket - as you’ve paid for something that isn’t playable.

In case you have made a ticket already, not a bug report, just leave it open and make sure everything is in it (edit it if necessary).

If you haven’t actually made a bug report, it’s ingame:
Press Esc or click the ? button to open the menu.
Click Support
Click Submit feedback or bug report
Enter the details of the bug into the Submit a bug description box (the middle button in the image)
Click Submit

Thankyou very much! I have now submitted a ticket. (I did submit a bug report yesterday but like you said, because the game is literally unplayable for me and I’m paying money for it, I think it’s more than a bug report)

Sorry I explained all the bug report stuff but many people say they’ve reported bugs when they’ve actually made tickets. Blizz don’t make it very obvious how to do it :slight_smile:

There’s a possible bug that sets these at level 60 required. I recommend to check with a level 60 to see if you experience the same problem.

I would try that yes But unfortunately my highest level is a 56 ATM and due to not being able to pick up quests and stuff I don’t really know a great way to get to 60 easily to check this lol!

Plus my bags won’t open and some spells won’t move on the bars and stuff? It’s just REALLY broken and unplayable for me
