Title says it all, another day, another bug

Oh and also DemonHunter “enhanced” meta from Hero talents has the same thing, “better” Fel Devastation does not get CD reduction from talents.

This is driving me slightly nuts. Final Reckoning comes off CD at odd times vs Wake of ashes and nothing lines up as it should
