Since it works on DK in lich but why doesnt it work on DH metaform?

This isnt even my main char, but its a constant of pvp getting globaled by rets since day one of shadowlands. Yeah, all classes have strenghts, weaknesses, etc. Dh has sustain damage and mobility.

Making the DH metaform a demon would be a buff to the class. Mages wouldnât even be able to poly it.
But can they poly a DK in lich, or a dudu in any form?
