Walking in their footsteps (Highmountain Tauren questline)

I cannot complete this quest, since the mobs, I have to kill, kills me almost with one hit. After a hit, 1 HP is left. I don’t die because the UI has been changed until I disband it.

I do very little damage to the mobs. It take years to complete this quest.
