Hi guys,
is there a mount that can walk on water and is easier to get than that spider in pandoria?.. I don’t have the patience to get it, but I find it useful to have in Draenor… I once saw a scorpion… thing walking on water and I think I’d like one of those…

I presume you mean the Water Strider mount 
I believe a lot of people get the rep tokens when the Pandaria Timewalking event is on which speeds up the process. The next Pandaria TW event is 23-30 January 2019.

There is also an underwater mount that you get from the Darkmoon faire.
Btw that waterwalking mount took me about two weeks to get using the dailies only. Don’t forget the double rep item you can get at revered.

While you work on getting the water walking mount, why not get some elixir of water walking and make any mount a water walking mount?

Yes the vendor is up during the event only. So you’ll need to wait until January.
Waterstrider pets can cast waterwalking. Not sure whether it works when mounted or not?
Easy to tame.
