  • CONSPIRACY to RAISE REBELLION against the lawful authority of the WARCHIEF

  • COLLABORATION with Alliance MILITARY ASSETS

  • THEFT of Horde resources (Azerite)

It is the duty of every Horde loyalist to do this betrayer harm. A generous bounty and prestigious honours are on offer to any man or woman who takes them in.

Throughout the rest of Kalimdor and even spreading overseas to the Horde settlements in the Eastern Kingdoms, a curious variety of pamphlets seem to be printing in turn. All carry a very simple message, as if they’d actually been prepared in advance.
