My wife was shouting at me for playing WoW and i was a bit distracted. Anyway I paid about 5 mins later after questioning whether or not you had the gold, then had to quickly log to avoid wife agro. I logged back in and sadly you were ignoring me when i tried to explain. Hopefully no hard feelings and i apologize for causing a difficult situation. <3

Ignore is for account. If someone is ignoring you you will have to whisper from another account otherwise it wont go trough. It was only a thing in pservers
Try /who his name then if he got A guild whisper one of them in his guild
