Most likely it’s sold out at the Blizzard Gear Store, check back later again if you want to order from there.
It’s available however at Amazon and Barnes & Noble. For more information you’ll have to ask at the Blizz Gear store help portal by Fanatics, as Blizzard Support doesn’t have any info about stock.

Amazon.de has it as well if you live in the EU. Other “local” Amazon’s probably also have it so if you live in a country with one they are worth checking out. DE Amazon ships to most countries and has free shipping on orders over 25 euros or so to many of them. No extra custom duties either to the EU countries of course.
