War Councillor Victoria

The Mage Tower is currently up on Kazzak, however my character which previously completed the Feral, Resto and Balance challenges can not see War Councillor Victoria in order to complete the Guardian challenge. Just wondering if anyone else was having the same issue and why it might be happening.

EDIT: I completed these challenges previously when they were current content, did not play at all during Shadowlands, and this is my first time trying to come back to the mage tower to get the Guardian skin. Thought it best to include this on the off chance any was relevant.

It was disabled when Dragonflight prepatch launched last year to return at an as yet unknown date.

Thank you! For some reason when I read about this I assumed it was removed before pre-patch to be added after launch. Did not know it wasn’t back in yet. Appreciate the response
