Is it so complicated to only show players in the same mode? Yesterday I had to give up doing a group quest because every single group I joined was not in war mode. Why do I have to waste this time? Can’t I just see who is in the same mode as me?
Doesn’t it do that? I’ve never been put in non-wm groups with wm on and vice versa.
No it doesn’t
The quest category should work like that normally. But sometimes it’s a bit buggy.
All this phasing and modes and weird interdimensional ghosting is confusing and horrible, if only there was a game which had a closed community, where you physically set up your groups and dungeons runs and make meaningful relationships along the way, man, if only.
I also only see WM off/on is its written in the description, and not many people care to do that.
You know, some of us might actually not prefer classic. Also you shouldn’t have to choose a 14 year old game over it’s modern version, just because the current game mechanics are being wierd.
The auto lfg tool for WQ should only show you parties in the same phase than you, but the lfg tab can’t as it’s also used for instance content pugs.
Imagine if there were servers marked as PvP or something like that, where all people on that server won’t be able to turn off warmode, and we won’t have problems like this
Would be useful if LFG could detect - or even allow you to check a box for - War Mode; but that would be too easy, so Blizzard won’t do it…
That is what I was using
Imagine if you could have characters on the same server but at the same time be able to play with some in PvP mode and with others in PvE mode.
Imagine having PvP only servers with huge faction imbalance and no possibility to change that
Im curious, why turning off/on war mode makes u see only players with same option enabled, why cant we see everyone ?
They should add an indicator that tells whether the group leader has WM on.
Yep, this phasing cross-realm bs is incredibly stupid.
I also love how warfronts have no pvp, this game is such a meme.
WM players are on dedicated shards just for WM, not on their realm. Plus, when WPvP is happening, non killable targets don’t make sense and could cause confusion with targeting.
There’s a general lack of usability in WoW interface. Blizz hate letting you filter. Imagine a guild finder UI that let you filter on active guilds for example. Or a communities UI with filters such as last logged in.
Assume there will be no changes to UI, Blizz don’t like filters.
