Old content, resource for war campaign etc is too low to acquire.
Buff them by 100% like Legion/WOD ones

Im not even sure why are the old expansion resources for, garrison/covenant and whatever the BFA one is, not merged into some common cross-expansion currency anyway. This only gonna get more awkward over time.

Could just be gold to make it simple
because that would take rewriting quests/criteria for quests etc.
meanwhile buffing the rate of acquisition by 100% is probably easier
I could use a profitable way of exchanging old resources into gold 
gold is from current content dear. this is for old resources for alts/transmogs/collection/questlines
Let me trade this nonesense to other players (and make me rich :D)
I know of few ways - for wod would be inscription/cards and tailoring/bags plus trading depot exchange and few lucrative missions like a medallion one. For Legion only one I know is selling armaments for 8g each.
