so i bought the epic edition War Within expansion on my WoW#2, and i was wondering if i have to buy the epic edition on my WoW#1 aswell to get the beta access and 3 days early access to war within on that account aswell. Because its written where you select the product that it will not be regranted if they are previously unlocked on the battle net account. Or does that mean only my WoW#2 account will be eligible for the beta and early access?
At least in the past the beta tests were entirely new account (similar to PTR) and it was not possible to get multiple beta WoW accounts under the same battlenet account so it shouldn’t matter if you bought epic edition on one wow account or two.
But obviously only Blizzard can confirm/deny/not to comment on how the beta for War Within works.
Hello Bigfat,
As Grelier mentioned beta access is granted on the Battle.net account level and is accessed through a separate account, so nothing changes there after your first purchase.
Early access on the other hand is only available on the WoW account level, so if you want a head start on more than one account you would indeed have to buy the epic edition for any additional accounts as well.
Thank you so much for answering my question, it looks indeed like Blizzard will get another epic purchase from me in that case cause i need that early access on my main account aswell! x)
