Is the launch of a new, fresh server planned with the release of the War Within expansion?

Extremly unlikely. As of now, no information. Why should they make an entirely new servers when we already have like 50?

This isn’t really under the purview of Customer Support, but if if fresh realms are made available it would be announced for all players in the usual places.
