War within Outlaw nerfed to the ground?

It is very early to talk about this, but wait a minute why outlaw spec has be nerfed so much? All the fun skills are being nerfed making the spec looking bad. In addition there is no way in outlaw we will sit at 30-35% crit, 40-45% versa AND 25% haste AND %% mastery … i mean with what kind of items?

Instead of fixing outlaw not to be so RNG with the RTB you are just nerfing it. Hopefully you will wake up from start and not in the end of every expansion as usual

Rogues are usually nerfed pretty hard early on in every expansion, then buffed with every patch. I think this is due to how little is often invested in the Class. Historically they have mostly just bolted new stuff on the old frame, then tuned numbers, instead of taking a more time-consuming, but holistic approach, where they’d look at the Class and each Spec as a whole, and really go into what the Fantasy of it is, and how do the different Mechanics and Abilities help sell it.

If you look at gameplay, since BfA they’ve mostly been adding more and more abilities to the Class, with very little regards on whether or not that improves the gameplay or makes things more fun. This is kinda why we still have a lot of redundant Abilities and Talents (a gazillion +Attack Speed/Haste Talents, SnD etc.).

In any case, numbers will be adjusted, and Outlaw will remain competitive in WW. That’s always been the case, no reason to think it wouldn’t continue. Will it be fun, that’s a whole different kinda question.

Yea, only because we 2shot people in pvp.

I see some players are seem to be happy with Cttc being a class passive but isnt that worse for outlaw ? We had infinite snd from Underhanded Upper Hand now you need to press snd more between the pulls no ? I feel like going into tww outlaw getting worse and worse
