I ordered this 4 days ago and haven’t received any communication re the 70 raid level boost / 1 month game time that also comes with it.
Any ideas whats going on?
As far as I know you get those when you get the CE with the code and redeem it.

This is correct. There’s an envelope inside the CE that contains the Epic Edition key which will unlock the digital bonuses, such as the boost and game time. It’s shipped inside the CE package and will not be delivered earlier. Part of the reason for this is that you could still cancel the physical CE order up until it’s shipped and if that were a possible way to get a “temporary” key, botters would be all over it.
If you want the contents right now and can live with being reimbursed in battle.net balance, you can buy the Epic Edition key digitally and will get the amount you paid back in battle.net balance when you use the CE key from the envelope.
