Ok so after playing this expansion for a few days with the early access i just feel the need to let all the players know who will be starting in a days time you will not be dissapointed!
New battleground the most fun one yet!
New playable zones amazing quests lore and well polished with some cool transmoggs to collect
Dungeons feel very well polished and fun to play massive improvement and some of the best dungeons i have played! cant wait until the season starts wish that was a bit sooner!
I would argue, and I may be pushing the bounds of logic here, that judging an expansion before the actual launch is perhaps a teeny tiny tad early.
I’m not sure we’re even at enough distance from DF to judge it quite yet.
Let’s re-evaluate TWW in 6 months and see where we’re at.

I think Legion, BFA, DF have better and prettier zones. I don’t like the 1st 2 zones of TWW. For me Valdrakken is a better city. To many girl bosses. Thrall is missing. Anduin is doing nothing. Khadgar has been Maraad’d. Every male character is either corrupt, evil or useless.

I bought it since I wanted the HS effect, toy, beta, and 30 days game time.
Ea is just an extra, there ain’t much to do besides leveling currently. If it was just EA for 40 bux, I would have not bought it.

I’m already been doing achievements and have 2x 80 lvl character with profession half way to 100 on 4 characters
Did all quest in everyzone and explored every zone for achievement…

The ones that unlock at 80 feel needlessly gimmicky and fiddly to me. The Dawnbreaker is the best (worst) example of that. The design is interesting, but doesn’t feel compatible with pugging (even more so in M+) and will probably cause problems throughout the next few months at least. It’s like the Oculus back in the day: interesting on paper, but a miss on the pragmatic level.
I agree with the previous mentions about the dungeons being gimmicky and fiddly - i’m horrified at what M+ is going to be like with those mechanics.
On the other hand:
Hands down to the team in charge of world design
Such an amazing, vibrant and detailed world. I’ve played full Friday, Saturday and Sunday, from 8AM to 12AM, and I’m barely half-way in Azj-Kahet. I’ve been doing every single quest i saw on the map, and I’ve been WALKING to all points, just absorbing the world, and I feel like this is totally special. The Arathi stuff, it was mindblowing seeing all those details in the houses.

PS: I’ve been playing in 1st person mode quite a lot traveling between spots, to immerse myself even more into the world
