Warband bank Gold

Will we ever be able to use the gold in the warband bank straight from bank ? rather than having to withdraw it ?
Would be nice to just see gold being a account wide currency rather than char wise.

It really just seems to be a mechanic to move gold from one realm to another at the moment. Would be nice to see everything work seamlessly from the warbank.

I know they said they are working on fixing it but it’s so annoying having to withdraw mats on every char to go and do work orders and then stick it all back in the warbank for the next character.

Some of us like it this way!
We farm farm farm and deposit in the bank in the end of the day.
Its satisfying!

I’m using the Warbank as a savings account of sorts to save up for the more expensive items I would want that are for sale on the AH. It’s a way for me not to have that money in use. :slight_smile:

Yes, I know it’s not a savings account but that’s the thing with TWW WoW… you can play it in whatever you want it. So I decided on this purpose for the Warbank…

Making gold an account currency would be fun, but at that point gold cap should be also removed.

I disagree, and think it should remain as Shayrala said. Too often do I see people mistakenly purchase an overpriced item on the AH - imagine it would come straight from your reserve Warbank gold and then we’ll get more massive tears from an “authorized purchase” being called a “scam/mafia/fraud” whatever from players who clicked the “Yes I’m sure I want to buy this ridiculously overpriced [Worthless item] for 9,999,999G”

Echoing Shayrala’s and Saneko’s comment. I prefer this feature of Warband gold where it’s in a “safe” that cannot be used. Before the Warband gold bank, we emulated it with either pack mule characters, or pack mule guilds.

I put gold in the gold bank to keep my ADD brain from spending out of my budget and really, really want to keep it this way.

Totally get some people enjoy the way it is.
But having it as an option would not be a bad thing maybe ? Turned off by default, and you can enable it.
Just something i would think is nice.

Options are always good but Blizzard tends to go all in of not at all.

I still don’t understand the problem. You just need to do a few more clicks when you visit your bank. Deposit anything you have from alts, withdraw everything you have from your desired character.
