All my characters are repeated and can’t be grouped into camps. Tried repair tool, reinstalling, deleting the cache folder; nothing works.

if you empty all your warband groups does it help ?
for example I don’t use any warband group, not even the default one

I think you should report your bug to the support. It’s a blizzard issue not your fault.

did changing to DirectX 11 help ?
It is not connected to DX 11 or DX 12 at all, that’s clearly Glue Error (Ghost characters - deleted ones you ussualy don’t see in that list are kept in the database and interacting with the warband groups in that list apparently causes permanent Corrupted Character list in the Cloud (Blizzard servers). In my post 6 days ago i also stated that reinstalling the game completely doesn’t fix the issue, so it’s clearly a Server Corruption of those character lists. We can only wait for support to find the issue and rebuild our Account Char list and possibly fixing this BUG to not occur on other people in the future. I’ve got + 6 white hair on my head with this issue.
well what about PTR/Classic MoP/Classic/USA account, do they work or are they glitchy ?
When it happens (connected with Warband Groups and the characters list) it is affecting the whole wow account. I do have 4 trials Extensions with 1 char and just checked all of them. I do have duplicated Warband groups i haven’t created myself. Both US and EU.
