why dont alts get a skip if a other char in the warband already completed it ?

What warband quest do you mean? If you mean to unlock the warbank I only did that on my main and all the others have it in their spellbook under general.

When first chara did quest and quest turn gray for alt. Now I dont see them…

It would be nice if all Warband completed quests had a specific Icon at the top of the NPC giving it, like this we would be able to know at a glance which quests are warband completed and which are not without having to open the dialogue.
It would make it much nicer to decide which quests we want to repeat or not.
no, i mean litterally quests as exemple the one to go to silithus and then dalaran for the radian echoe events
