Two days ago I was trying to transfer all my Kej to the character I was currently playing.
I had all my Kej on one of the characters I was previously playing (i can’t remember if it was Seldryth or Zilaetheb). The character I was trying to transfer to was Kalathvaar.
I had somewhere around 10 or 20k Kej (can’t remember exactly) that I was trying to transfer. I had some error like “invalid request” or something. I figured, I didn’t need the Kej right then and there, I’ll do it some other day.
Yesterday, there was no longer any Kej on any other characters, only on Kalathvaar, and it was only the Kej I got from doing content in Azj Kahet recently, which was about 2k total.
Has anyone else experienced disappearing currencies like this? I tried opening a ticket, but there’s no category for this kind of issue, I submitted a bug report, but bug reports apparently are just a “fyi” for the devs and it specifically says “you won’t get a reply about this”.
It’s not the end of the world, but Kej isn’t that fast to farm, and losing that much is a decently big setback.
