Will BoP Professions recipes be transferable via the WB bank like gear?
Getting that really rare recipe that’s BoP on a character that doesn’t have the profession… would be great if you can pass that to an alt that does.
I tested this on Beta and unfortunately it doesn’t work. I just recieved plans for Wicked Mithril Blade on my LW and was excited that maybe I could send that to my BS when pre-patch hits. But couldn’t 
I really hope this gets changed. So stuff like Molten Core and TBC raid BoP patterns (or any BoP pattern) would still need to be obtained on the correct character.
Blizz pls fix it?

Did you try Warband Bank?
I’m not sure how it works exactly but might be a way.
Yes, I specifically tested the warband bank. The items are blacked out when you open the bank and you can’t deposit them.
My personal preference would be to just make all recipes Account Wide leaning so even if you swap to another profession those recipes are not lost. And if you start another alt with that older profession they have the recipes you already learnt.
But if that’s too far for now then I agree that the recipes should be Account Bound and possible to either send to alts or placed in Warband Bank.

I’ve acquired many very rare or no longer attainable recipes from drops and spent an absolute ton of gold at the AH… this character, my main, will never change its professions till learnt recipes become account wide.
