Just to point this out, this started AFTER maintenance.
At least they have achnowledged the issue and are working on it now. But still, it’s been quite a long time now.

the free games normaly when they have server issues they gift something, here we pay the game, we pay the time and we cant play…

Same here, my partner can log in fine, he’d been paying free for a couple of days before this.
Just providing a +1 on the affected user count…
Also received the troubleshoot guide from CS which is just lazy given I linked to it myself in the ticket…

so… Just paid for TWW, 1 month sub and cant log in. And they have no idea what is happening. So, returning player will receive something or this company want to steal our money?

On the launcher, it says there will be a maintenance on Thursday from 03 to 21 and “players who have not completed Warband conversion will be unable to log in until maintenance has been completed.”

This is the last straw!! You wont get another chance with me if you dont fix it blizzard!!! Probably… or something
This is a typo that’s currently getting fixed. The maintenance should run from 3am to 9am, and aims to resolve this issue.

Quick update.
A fix is still being worked on, but may require realm restarts which should happen later tonight.

I shall pray this works after a realm restart. Its sad seeing my buddies play and all we get is Error. Its clearly an account issue, If u make a new account u can log in fine its just exsisting accounts that are getting errors.
You get to play tomorrow (hopefully) and enjoy a classic expansion, start of a new era, A NEW SAGA! THE WAR WITHIN, BABY!
Doesn’t this warrant an immediate restart of servers? Why have us wait till 3am?
