Hello I’m not often turning to the forums but I returned to wow yesterday and had some huge frame drop/screen freeze whenever I open up my mog page and I saw some forums about this particular issue I’m just curious if people still has this problem still or not cause I have rebooted the pc and restarted the game and tried reinstalling the game aaaand it’s not really working so I’m just curious if it’s just me or are there more out there with these issues still or have that been fixed yet for you guys?

Processor brand Intel
Intel Core i7-12700F
16 GB Ram Size
NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3070
I haven’t noticed any issues, either with the standard UI without addons or Extended Transmog Sets I am using at the moment (though it gives one UI error when loading the game character).
If you have any addons I would try removing them and see if that helps. Loading usually takes moment due to the textures etc. so I’d say it is fairly normal to get some loading time when opening the window.

Try disabling anti aliasing. There used to be a bug where CMAA halved your fps when you opened the mog window.
If it’s crashing the video driver when you open the mog window then it’s a Blizzard bug. You can try updating your video drivers and clearing your shader cache in the meantime.
Might as well put it out here. this from the US server from others who had this issue and I thought it was my PC first but doesn’t seem like it
