Here’s a couple of abilities I thought of for a talent row that, imo, would bring an extra flavor to MM.

Frozen Arrow (inspired by Naga Sea Witch)
1.5 sec cast time.
10sec CD.
You fire a frost arrow dealing ??% AP as magic damage. Frozen arrow has an increased 10% crit chance and its critical strikes deal 300% damage.
It also slows the target by 15% for 3seconds. -
Searing Arrow (inspired by Priestess of the Moon)
Instant cast.
5sec CD.
Fires a burning arrow at the target dealing ??%AP and burning it for ?? damage over 10 seconds.
Repeated fire arrows debuff stack up to 5 and reset its duration. -
Black Arrow (inspired by Dark Ranger)
Instant cast.
15 seconds CD.
Fires a Black Arrow at the target dealing ??% over 10 seconds. If the target dies while Black Arrow is active, it will revive as a skeleton that will attack your enemies. Skeletons will last for 30 seconds.
The point would be to have one arrow synchronize with a Crit build and another with a Haste build. Black arrow being something neutral in that matter.
I also thought of two other abilities that could bring extra spiciness to these arrows:

Multi-Arrows
Instant cast.
1 min CD.
For the next 30 seconds, Frozen Arrow, Searing Arrow and Black Arrow hit 2 additional targets. -
Improved Quiver
Passive ability.
Frozen Arrow, Searing Arrow, Kill Shot and Black Arrow have improved effects:
Frozen Arrow: Slow effect increased to 10 seconds. Increases the critical chance of all hunter’s abilities on the target by 10%.
Searing Arrow: Applies two stacks at a time.
Kill Shot: Has 2 stacks.
Black Arrow: Lasts until the target dies.
