Middle age is just a term, you are just as old as you feel you are =)
You feel like 10, I feel like 75 xD
Age is only a number, a 10 year-old thinks a 25 year-old is old AF!
whereas a 70 year-old thinks a 50 year-old is a youngling xD

As for most western industrialized nations 80 years is a normal age to reach.
