That feeling when you have no idea there was a spell for this. That’s what I get for skipping 3 expansions…
Is it Dalaran Crater in Alterac? Been ported there in some quests, every time the place was littered with skeletons, always wondered why as there was no obvious enemies etc, thought it was some rp ritual suicide thing or just spooky decor to psych players out.

Horrible writing, allied races timegating, unintuitive rng upgrades: just 3 drops in the ocean of bad, lolworthy stuff found in BFA.

Yeah.

Mages can loot that in Scarlet Halls and then buy the portal spell in Dalaran (requires level 90).

It basically teleports you to where dalaran used to be, which is pretty up high compared to the crater left in there.

I’m pretty sure there was a portal from Dalaran to the same spot during Legion. It’s still given to Paladins at the beginning of their class hall campaign (they can bubble).
