Getting warcrates on my server as horde is absolutely impossible. The ratio is about 1 to 5. The problems just makes itself bigger because every horde knows it’s just not worth the effort to even try to get to the crate.
We need some kind of warmode buff when there is a crate spawn for the opposing faction that is in deficit to give it even a chance. I’m not talking, big boy buff mode, i’m saying, give them a fighting chance.
Simple solutions can be integrated quickly here. The more often we repeat this, hopefully it will get picked up.
The best thing is, when i fly around a zone to do the spark quest and i can’t find ANY alliance player, as soon as the chest appears at least 10-15 alliance player there against 2 sometimes 4-5 horde.
And on topic: i can count on my one hand how many chest opened by the horde last season.
I do want to add to this from another perspective.
The warcrates are just NOT a fun thing to have in the game right now. It’s not fun for the faction that has a lot of players, because they just need to stand around and get the crate every 15 minutes, and it’s definitely not fun for the faction that can never get a crate. As it stands, you might as well have the dominating pvp faction just get a 15 minute mail with the items in it.
I’d chalk that up to people just waiting around in a safe area until they get the signal to rush to the crate.
I’ve pretty much given up on playing my Horde characters. My own server is heavily stacked towards the Alliance to the point where it’s exceedingly rare to be able to get close to a crate once it drops without dying. The only exception is in the very early hours of the morning…but that isn’t a viable strategy for many.
You can farm Dragonflight zones if you need the Conquest from it, those zones are empty and also drop the crates. The only downside is those crates take ages to land, whereas TWW crates drop instantly.
