Alright, I might be wrong, but according to my knowledge, all mounts on shop cost 25€, yet when Blizz put Warforged Nightmare up to “50% discount”, they amped up the original price to “30€”.
I tried to google the original price and on many forums it says “30$/25€”.
as far as im aware it has always been 30 bucks because it comes with a toy if i remember correctly.
dont know where you got 25€ from, thats the original price for every other mount, which dont come with a toy.

Warforged Nightmare is one of the Premium mounts which cost around 5 dollars/euros more than a normal 25 euros, exactly as ^ mentions above me.
