Did Demo Warlocks ever have more than a single floating skull with their artifact weapon or is this just a bug with my weapon transmog?

Edit: seems to have disappeared now, it was there for a good hour or so.
Second Edit: its back again, don’t know what’s going on with it.
Its bug with skull of manari that we see two instead 1, its been bugging for months strangely
You know what they say, “two heads are better than one”.
I have funny screens of it but I hope they fix it eventually
