Warlock Changes

  1. Siphon life should be removed. It is a terrible ability in pve. It only is any good in pvp, it is extremely punished to multi-dot. The mana cost is way too high for what it does and the solution is to give warlocks unstable afflliction at 1.5 cast time and have it that you cannot have immolate and unstable affliction on the target at the same time. If unstable affliction is dispelled they take damage for whatever time is left for the duration of the dot.
  2. Ritual Doom needs to go away. It is fine to have fun abilities but it’s not ok to have abilities that have no practical use. It could be said the same about wow forever version of inferno. It cannot be used indoors, it goes psychopathic after 5 minues, it is unreliable and it is unuseable.
Solution - At level 50, you do a quest that allows you to summon a baseline felguard which is a pve focussed pet to balance out the pvp pets that we have.
  3. Imps spell casting time is 1.5 and the succubus’ whips of pain is also like it is in classic of you take talent, The cast time for the imp is part of the improved imp talent and the improved whip of pain is now part of the succubus talent.
  4. At level 60 you do a quest that allows the warlock to summon the infermal for 12 seconds and after it is summoned all targets are stunned for 3 seconds and after 12 seconds it dies. It can be used indoors but to summon this pet it costs the warlock 50% of its total hp and until it dies you cannot be healed.
  5. Adding soul well to the game will really help out in 40 man raids.

SL is useless in PvE?

you’re telling me it cant be used to dot 10 enemies at once and heal 20% of your hp per tick?

No, you mean to said you are only interested in raid logging, in which case I don’t think classic is for you.

No more requests from you to destroy class identity.

Hello no. I like SL a lot.

I would argue for rework instead of removal. Agree that abilities with no practical use makes sense, but the ritual idea is good as long as it’s implemented well.
