Hello ! So yesterday Blizzard sent me my very first Beta invitation. So I log in and of course decided to test Covenants options. But I have to say I have no idea whatsoever which one should I go for. They are all good in some way.
Do you guys know which one you would like to go for ? So far I would say Necrolords are looking really good but on the other hand that amazing teleport from Venthyr is amazing as well (especially with Demonic Circle back and Gateway Legendary item you can be really mobile)
So I have to say at this point I have no idea which one is best for me. Even after my personal testing I still can’t make final decision. Any ideas ? ^^
necrolords for destro m+ looking really good, venthyr teleport for a warlock is not that good, its on a shadow school(for pvp)

Yea for Destro Necrolords are best option probably. I am trying that Decimating Bolt and so far my highest dmg buff on next 3 Incinerates was 381% which is insane.

Necrolord is good for affy as well (obv gotta run Drain Soul).

Decimating Bolt have flexibility unlike Scouring Tithe from Bastion that needs something to die to work. And actively promotes skill interplay.
Sadly they rework soulbind that makes it instant and its 2 charges now instead…but yeah it will be broken so good change. You cant even bait interupt on fear since it is on shadow 
i think venthyr still good option for warlock, because of soulbind that gives -25% duration for cast interruptions, this one really good for pvp (but not for human lock, they will have optional choice to use trinkets with relentless and this one does not stack with soulbind effect)

you basically want to take necrolord for all of them, the execute damage is too strong to pass up on
venthyr is only useful in dungeons.
night fae is only useful for aff if you take inevitable demise which is currently udnertuned,
and kyrian is not neccesarily bad but it gets out scaled by necrolord

I believe relentless does not reduce the effect of cast interruptions. It may work out very powerful, however a holy paladin with the new concentration aura could also provide this benefit
i tested relentless with friend, it works on interrupts
I will go as destro to necrolords but somehow the aesthetic of venthyr talks to me more then necrolord but ye hard to choose x.x

Super hard, like from performance point of view yea Necro is perfect but from aesthetic point of view everything is very nice looking.
The most versatile option that would work for 3 specs seems to be necrolord, because it’s a sudo execute and has good synergy with 3 specs.
Bastion seems good only for Aff as it add an extra dot to play with for malefic rapture. But for demon and destro, this is just another dot.
Night fae seems good for Aff only in aoe situation, basically making Aff that unkillable spec it was back then in legion. However, this does not work well with destro and demon, unless those specs also get inevitable demise.
As for venthyr, it’s a good cleave spell, but that would be better if curses were smart, ie putting correct curse on a given target, instead of putting a tongue curse on a melee add.
Dont forget the shard regain on the Bastion ability. If you can snipe kills from minions you can refil your shards.
Jesus the choice is annoying x.x

Necro is by far best for all 3 option if you aim raiding.
Even for pvp the shield from the Necrolords sounds great and the bolt. Venthyr for me is on second, then kyrian and last is NF. But i dont have beta access to test something. This is just theoretical
Agree, Necrolords with Fleshcraft are best. Venthyr is n2.
Rest is garbage.

Necrolords is no longer in top, decimating bolt got nerfbatted.
And the fleshcraft spell is 4s spell you have to channel every 2 mins. Just nope if you are destruction.
And you are undervaluing Scouring Tithe from Bastion. Its an extremely good dot you can keep rolling forever on bosses, due to the cd getting reset if it fails to kill. And can give shards if you can snipe lesser enemies with it. Furthermore Destruction can duplicate Scourging Tithe. And it counts for Malefic Rapture.
Impending Catasthrope is less single target dps than Scouring Tithe.
