How are warlocks allowed to be practically immortal in pvp?
When i played my warlock at 40 i was opened on by a 42 rogue.
Well simply nothing happened as he put all his stuns and damage into my meta.
Eventually the stuns stop and i simply put a few dots and drain life.
With him attacking i now regen from 50% to 70% to 90% while he goes down and eventually tries to run at 20% and dies from curses running.
It just feels like i am cheating.
It’s unfair regardless of which side you are on.
I had the same thing on my 50 druid, a warlock comes up, dots while felguard stuns me, and its done.
I cannot get a heal in with felguard hitting me, the warlock is healing faster by a few dots than i can pump damage out, and i die.
Its hard to imagine anyone losing as a warlock without being afk.
Warlock being able to pump damage while also getting huge heals in 1 gcd?
Something that other classes either cannot do or need 2 gcd and casting to accomplish.
- Haunt heals the damage it deals and deals much damage
- Drain life as instant
There is not even time to get siphon life up since the target is already dead in a few short gcds.
Decursing is just a waste of gcd and warlocks drain life faster than you can heal yourself.
If warriors were able to to have tank armor while also pumping out huge damage that always self heals the damage they do, ability to stun targets at range, and more
The outrage would be everywhere.

What if i told you that not 100% of warlocks have the totally overtuned master channeler rune equipped? Without that we are easy prey
They should just reduce healing recieved from pvp targets for warlocks.
Compare it to warriors.
Warriors have a rune that makes them meh in pvp, without it pvp is practically unplayable.
Warlocks have a rune that makes them immortal in a 1v1, without it they are meh.
They dont care at all about PvP , neither in retail nor in sod,wow is not pvp game anymore, im also looking for better balanced pvp games nowdays, add to this the orc racial im almost about to unsub 
Soul link warlock is also unbeatable in classic era.

Yeah warlock is extremely strong in 1vs1. But saying that wl is killing people in a few GCD is a lie. Wl is one of the lowest throughput class rn. The only thing that makes wl op is the busted passive self healing from master channeler.
Still Paladin, Priest, Shaman have a favored matchup against wl.
Far from useless actually, the ability to tank damage and spread curse of tongues/interrupt and dispel important CC and put Unstable Affliction up on kill targets is a massive boon.
People still underestimate the value of Unstable Affliction, the 5 second blanket silence is massive to protect other debuffs from being dispelled and to lessen and delay healing.

This ✓ no idea why many warlocks struggle vs shadow priests. Definitely the easiest enemy to play against . People really should start using UA rune instead of felguard
Yea ua is good ngl, im still confused with the Soul link spec of vanilla
Felguard is still 10x more valuable in most cases in my experience. You get every single buff from master demonologist, making you even more disgustingly tanky especially against casters, and it’s able to tank more damage from SL. Some fights can get quite prolonged since you don’t do much damage as a lock so having your pet stay alive throughout a fight is important. The charge is also quite valuable for catching people. I only see UA being good against priests (or paladins for horde) but even then it costs quite a bit of mana for priests to spam dispel.
I mean isnt playing a rogue cheating? does anyone survive his opener without trinket?
Even a SL lock melts vs a geared rogue.
Maybe SP can survive cause of dispression but now u cant have dispr and void plague at th same time.
