Warlock My Wishlist/Suggestions Problems/fixes

I’d like to use it for several reasons: it’s a nostalgic spell that I remember really liking, and aside from the sound effect, it has graphics that I really like with the demonology theme.

The slow is 70% and not 50%, it can be dispelled because it’s considered magic, but only 1 target can be dispelled in some situations, it’s AOE and lasts 6 seconds with a 15-second CD.

If you’re attacked by multiple targets and various pets, shadowflame followed by a teleport/gateway can help a lot. if it were dispelled by one target, the second target and pets, etc. would still be slowed down.

Being a slow AOE of 70% it is also very useful in contexts such as blitz (rift+shadowflame will be a must)

I’ll add that given that Warlock is already full of several bugs, I’d prefer that at least one be fixed XD

Its not entirely useless and improved sfury isnt necessary in some cases, especially for demo with access to 4 stuns (sfury, felguard, grimoire, fel lord). CoE will only affect one target, Shadowflame is AoE.

It is outdated though thats for sure, if it rooted it would help warlocks greatly against the melee train

I still think that we have overabundance of slows in basic toolkit and basic talents.
Slows is useless in pve 99% of the time. If shadowflame is more a PvP tool rather than a PvE, but in its current form it is doesn’t deserve a spot in PvP talents, and never picked in normal talents. So it definitely needs a rework, and maybe different purpose altogether.

In PvP slows most of the time useless because melee remove slows with their mobility on left and right.
Root would have been useful as a support tool for escape via gateways or port. But I honestly would have preferred if gateways with PvP talent master gateways gave warlock a small invis effect or just making warlock un-targetable for 2-3 seconds

Unfortunately, I know that slows are practically useless against those who should work, but I would much prefer Abyssal Walker to make the warlock immune for two seconds after teleport and gateway rather than damage reduction.

I would also prefer Destruction to have the ability to root targets with Entrenched in Flame again

Would have been reasonable, but not with current Damage of chaos bolt. Sadly too powerful.

Warlocks need a better mobility ability than Burning Rush as it is just plain stupid compared to every other classes.
Get rid of the health sap and put it on a cooldown timer at least.
