So basically I want to pick a second character for high keys (25+) and maybe some raiding in mythic raids. But I can’t decide on a class. Warlock or Rogue… Paladin? Who is more stable? What are their pros and cons at a high level of play?
Right now you cant say anything because tunings are still happening. Currently Warlocks are the kings of ST with Rogue being around the bottom. However that can (and most likely will) change at any point from today til like a couple weeks into the tier.
Both classes are generally stable and regarded strong as long as youre willing to swap specs if necessary.
Warlock is always great, rogue most of the time, paladin only recently and we don’t know for how long.
paladin could be nerfed any second but even if they nerf 1-2 specs from locks and rogues, one will always be good. so if you don’t care about playstyle choose one of them, i’d go with rogue because of kicks and defensives

Warlocks only the real choice if you want to push high, especially pugging.
Rets scaling’s really bad, there gonna be progressively worse as the patch goes on without tuning. Plus they don’t bring anything desirable really for high keys with soft 5 target cap being an issue. Tons of utility for sure, but you know it’s not huge stuns or kicks.
Warriors are currently not great damage wise 10.1, was watching critcake talk about them last night and very mid tier damage wise with a low soft target cap. Again not usually desirable in high keys, tough time pugging.
Warlocks are great high keys with insane uncapped AoE, rain of fires uncapped for monstrous damage. Extremely tanky for a range with some decent utility. Found it insanely hard pugging and building to low 20s though, most declines i’ve ever had in my life in the space of a week. Was a constant stream of declines even trying to get in 16s at 405ilvl with main at over 3k io. Not sure if warlock perception is bad, but they do crazy damage 20+ for sure when stuff lives longer and you rain of fire spam.
