I qued into one in 2v2 the other day and realized how op they were, please gut demo lock from the game. Purple bm hunter is more annoying than bm hunter

If you lose to a warlock you should consider quitting the game because you are obviously terrible at the game and there is no hope for you.

How do you actually counter demo now? It used to be a “just line tyrant” kinda deal but now they somehow deal damage without it. Not trying to call them OP or complain here. Just asking for advice!

If you see them cast Decimating Bolt you want to pop a definsive. It increases the damge of the next Demon Bolts and with the new necro leggy it can oneclap you.

You’re delusional. Necro demo is nothing short of broken. You spend your game running and still dying all the time… comparable—and possibly worse—than BM hunters.

It’s not dude, especially if the guy play necro pet are basically useless.

Necro is really sketchy but I feel like it’s because it’s not common and even the best player got os cause they don’t know how it works, but in the end it’s not hard to deal with especially when you tunnel the lock 24/7.

Same goes for Necrolords Destruction. If he casts Decimating Bolt his next 3 Incinerates hit around 12 k. If you interrupt him on Incinerate he can cast free Chaos Bolt.

hte decimating bolt buff is also purgable. completly negating the dmg (no wonder, still the way with darksoul)

I am not biased. If lock was broken op i would say it and not try to argue against it. However lock is trash tier right now and the only bursts or kill potentials it has are foreseeable, even purgable and each if them or what leads to them can be kicked because they are hardcasts.

If you die to a warlock right now it means you’re trash at the game. Sorry (not sorry).

its litterly letting hte lock stand there and spam cast over 20 seconds to him having so many demons out that he can cast decimating bolt + power syphon and then in that case 2 shot you.

Either interrupt decimating bolt (in that time opf lockout, demons will despawn and weaken demon bolt) or wait until he finish cast demonbolt and then stun him + spampurge or cc him and kyte it out/pop defensives.

And to interrupt, i mean you have so many things to stop that, specially as melee cleave.

warr with stormbolt, pummel, fear. (Fear even lines out with decimating bolt)
enhance shear, grounding, sunder
dk with trillions of grips with normal grip and abom limb(which is still OP no matter the state of dk) mindfreeze (pet stun + petkick if UH Dk) asphixiate
ww monk with incap, legsweep, ring of piece, spearstrike

etc.
