Hi,
There seems to be a bug with the Warlord Trophy (token from PvP to upgrade your PvP items) and the Gouged Eye of N’Zoth (socket item from visions).
The bug is that you can use both items on a pvp item with 1 catch,
you first must use the socket before using the warlords trohpy.
As you probably guessed, I was not aware of this and upgraded my pvp item first after which I could not socket it. Keeps telling me that the item cannot be modified). I have searched around on google and found several threads complaining about the same.
Could a fix please be implemented so that it actually doesnt matter in what order you use the items?

And just incase someone says that offhands cannot be socketed, please check out this priest (https://worldofwarcraft.com/en-gb/character/eu/silvermoon/stylebenderx) and see what offhand is using. The same one I am trying to socket, except he did use the right sequence (socket → upgrade).

This sounds like a bug which would need to be reported via the ingame bug tool so it gets to the people who can do something about it.

This has been reported several times by several users going back weeks but nothing is being done, we are just hoping to get this under attention of blizzard devs to fix the issue. The more reports we have regarding this the sooner (hopefully before shadowlands) this will get fixed.
That’s why I suggested bug reports as they go to the devs. It might be worth doing another bug report linking the arena thread so they can see it’s not just one person’s problem.
