Warmod is bad, switch back to PvP and PvE servers

When i started playing wow I loved to play world pvp, expecially while leveling. That’s why I always played in pvp servers, I did a lot of world pvp solo, and it was fun.

Till now.

Atm having the warmode on as horde means u can’t even do a tortollan WQ cause a raid of allies is always camping there for their stupid quest and bonuses…
Now, ignoring the fact that it’s unfair to give free gear to only one faction cause their member don’t like pvp and so u want to force them, your warmode experiment clearly failed.

GG turning WPvP in a farming quest.

EDIT: P.S. No, I don’t want to cancel my warmode, I prefer to cancel my subscription rather than playing in a pve server.

Why’s it gotta be about the rewards and the gear? I just do it cos it’s fun. Red means dead after all.
This is what Wpvp has always entailed. Don’t pretend otherwise. The reasons people do it for mean nothing.

Because it is about rewards and gear, what’s the fun in camping a neutral camp so u can gank in 20 v 1 ppl who want to do the quest? And I’m lucky that as hunter I can camo and do the quest (I’ll still die after it), but other classes?

PvP servers were usually faction unbalanced. War mode gives all players eu a chance to have faction balanced wpvp in shards. Lfg can unbalance the shard, but both sides have lfg. Much more wpvp happening than on my old pvp realm. So much better now :+1:

Nope. Warmode had his flies but it is better than it was.

For me now it’s one of the best times I have in game because of war mode. I haven’t seen so much wpvp every day as now, even when I played on “heavily populated” pvp realm.

That’s how the wpvp should be, if Blizzard changes anything to revert it back, I’ll vote with my wallet.

PvP should be enabled constantly without the choice of turning it off…
Give advantages to the struggling faction(but, be more server-specific, some servers have Horde as the unpopular and weaker faction, so giving Alliance help there is insane).
It’s why this game is cool: there are two opposite factions, it should always be an hostile thing, except in sanctuary.

The wm toggle is all about giving players freedom to wpvp or not, regardless of their server. Not being able to turn it off, would mean not being able to interact with wm off friends on their own server. Doesn’t seem like something people would want. Going back to unbalanced pvp realms… well wpvp activity was an inconsistent experience. Much better now, always wpvp happening.

Have to say, I somewhat agree with this. I joined my server knowing it was a PvP server, which meant that I have a target on my back, regardless of level. I guess WM was introduced to try and increase the volume of Alliance wPvPers, as we all know, Horde PvP is much more popular than it is with Alliance. On the plus side, it gives those players who are often intimidated by PvP a chance to give it a good go, without having to commit and potentially server change. Pros and cons.

Be better if you quoted the person that said this, rather than quote someone elses quote that I added into my comment. Kinda make it look like I think we should go back to pvp realms, when I don’t. WM is so much better, wpvp has never, ever, been this consistently active.
