Often completely unclickable, sometime stays lit up despite being turned off or the opposite. Basically 70% of the time your actual status doesn’t match the visual in one way or another if you had just finished making adjustments.
Other time it is impossible to turn it off in rest zones. Reloading UI does not help, playing without addons doesn’t remove the problem and usually you need to relog before it starts responding again.
