Because the number of Horde with WM actually on in the Maw is miniscule.
So chances are you end up in an Alliance heavy shard.
They’ll make big groups to get their kills faster.
Its only got one entry/exit point, so there’s no way to sneak your way around unless you have stealth.
WM can be fun in other areas of Shadowlands as Horde (I enjoy Theatre of Pain) but its pretty hopeless in the Maw.
Since SL launch, my experience with WM on has been horrible. Alliance camps lots of places. Maw. Flight masters in multiple points in the zones. Most people I know (and who enjoy PVP) have turned WM off, because it’s just not worth it. Every single day I try to do the emissaries, I get endless ganked by Alliance raids.
Clearly, there’s a big issue in here, and I wonder why Blizz is giving the Alliance quests to kill hordes. I just don’t understand where this favoritism is coming from or what they’re trying to promote with it. I guess Horde has more “population”, but right now, with WM on Alliance has MANY more people. The system should recalculate WM, its bonuses etc.
Another alt, nothing seems to have changed. Go to Ardenweald and it’s full of alliance. I heard they at least lost part of their bonus now? They bloody well should lose the entire thing.
